This is a refurbishment in an inhabited state in which the facades and roofs will be redone or repaired. The following work will also be carried out:

• Renovation of stairwells
• Construction of the technical rooms, new meter systems, new sub-distribution boards in the flats
• Laying fibre optic cables in the flats.
• Installation of new intercom systems and letterboxes
• Replacement of windows and shutters
• Replacement of the flat and building entrance doors
• Insulation of the KG ceiling
• Redesign of the outdoor facilities
• Conversion to district heating
• E-mod of empty flats
