Casinostrasse 63-69/ Alicenstrasse 34

In 2018 and 2019, the residential complex at Kasinostrasse 63-69 / Alicenstrasse 34 was modernised while still inhabited .
The roof was insulated and a thermal insulation composite system installed as part of the energy-efficient refurbishment. Terraces and loggias were extensively refurbished. Within the flats, the bathrooms were refurbished, supply lines were renewed and existing bathtubs were replaced with showers on request.
