A building complex with three entrances and 33 flats is being built in Schwarzen Weg, all of which are publicly subsidised. The total living space is approximately 1,915 square metres. The building will be constructed in accordance with the kfw 40 energy standard (efficiency house). It is a system house in timber hybrid construction by the company B&O. Rendered façade. Green roof.
